Eceived a scratch it ticket 2nd prize 160.000 USD passed all the criteria that it was correct and then told me I would have to speak to their number one sponser in Hong Kong which I did - and then the catch I would have to supply 3,600 USD sent to Hong KOng for the govt to issue Letter of Authorisation for me to receive the money. Checke dthis with my bank-police-tourist authority. NO Surprises a SCAM-luckily I never sent the money and told them I was going to report them which I did to ACCS and also the scam hot line to make people aware this is happening. Very professionally done with brochures etc. Be aware
