I signed up to participate in the quibids program and before I even made a bid I changed my mind and cancelled my membeship. They took $60.00 from my acccount and have not refunded it. When I tried to talk to someone {via e-mail} they first wanted to charge me $29.00, then they denied me acsess to their website. These people need to be made to refund my money. They gave me the option to cancel and I did in good faith. I can't afford to lose any money. I am on Social Security. Thank you Judy Pohlman
