Theresa A. Danielle, Law Guardian & Officer of the Court, Our Children are not safe. Politics over the safety of the children

This report concerns the political and Public corruption taking place in Westchester County, Family Court. These people with all their Degrees and education do not have an ounce of common sense.

Our children are used as chess pieces on a chess board. The Supervising Judge, Cathy Davidson is a living breathing idiot and requires a lifetime of common sense, how and why she continues to be a supervising Judge is beyond comprehension. She allowed a well documented case of child abuse which ultimately left a child dead. She should of been charged just as well as the parents who violently and maliciously murdered their child. The Child had numerous broken bones, and other illecit obsevable bruises. But she with all her education handed the child back to the grandmother of the abused child because she knew the grandmother from church! Like all people have to do is sit in a pulpit? To confer the child Will be safe.

David Rosoff is clearly in a sexual relationship with Theresa Danielle. She listens to what ever he says, nevermind evidence of child abuse is well documented and in her file. David Rosoff has a hell of a price to pay for the abuses he enables. He is very easily influenced with Status, all any abuser has to do is make this idiot believe and / or see status and he will over look what occurs behind the doors to children unable to fend for themselves. It is very obvious these three fools have only looked outside their own window and donot care about the welfare of children, Theresa Danielle blows with the wind, which ever way the wind blows, their she goes.

It is painstaking and true that the back round of these indivuals are tainted, they all grew up in a home of neglect, abuse and manipulation. For their actions or lack theirof is the contributing factor of why they chose to turn a blind eye. Although they know the truth about what is occuring in many abusive households. One day they all will be residence of a nursing home. You never know which neglected child will be their caretaker, life is funny and predictable. You reap what you sow. When you dont sow you reap. Please keep watch over all of the children who are in dire need of true and heartfelt concern.
