Wrong doing

I'm not one to pick on stupid people but my site manager takes it all. I work as a scale master / security. He gets rid of one person just to put another in not giving the job to somebody who already works and knows about a scale house but gets somebody who I had to train you know what it's like training your own supervisor then He lies and tells people he offered me the job but I declined which he never asked. What's the rule with getting family members as a supervisor? Cause the new supervisor is the sister in law to another guy.
