I ordered some clothing through this person as I have over the past few years and was asked to put the money in his account at Bank of America, since he did not use paypal or western union. I have made several orders from him but this time he never sent me the items and refuses to refund me the money. I have sent several emails to him asking him to tell me why he did not send the order and to refund my money. He has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls.
