The fellow on the phone "Harry" told me he was helping me by telling me that if i send back the product i would lose even more money. All i wanted to do was to get the shipping reduced to the original $7.95. The supervisor 'Shirez also told me that $15.90 was just how it is. Please do not buy from this company they are real scammers. The box that shipped to me did not even weight one pound and was very small. I am sending it back just for the point of it. So i will lose $16.00 plus what i have to pay for shipping back. With customer service as poor as that i hope the are out of business soon...
