Asked for free trial early December, which I didn't receive until January 11, but noticed on my January credit card charges that I was charged the full price for other products 93.49 and 72.50 and trial samples 5.28 and 5.25 billed earlier.

I notified Visa and they said to get ahold of company to STOP the charges. Visa will be sending out to me some papers in regard to fraud for this company for me to sign. I have since cancelled these charges with Visa.

Visa instructed me they will be attempting to get the order documents, send me a copy and to eventually reverse the full charges. Any future products to arrive at my home will be returned with a tracking number to prove due diligence.
