I thought it was an excellent offer to try on a £5.97 basis. I received the product and noted a debit from my account of £5.97 which I was fully aware of. On checking my bank statement 2 weeks later I was horrified to discover that £79.99 had been taken out without my knowledge or agreement. I contacted the company who stated that I had agreed to these payments on taking the free trial! I have since contacted the company by phone and email to cancel this subscription and also notified my bank who confirmed they had received complaints from other customers.
