Same as others, trial offers, pay for shipping, back in Dec. 20 2011 received with no paper work whatsoever with a return address from a p.O. Number in Salt Lake City UT... Then had declines on my credit card this last weekend. Today I discovered at my financial institution that a total of $206.61 in 3 separate transactions was charges on my debit/mc. On 1/11 and 2 on 1/12. This is totally a fraud and must be legally dealt with immediately... Christina
