I was driven by curosity by clicking into their free trials website and paid for the respective mail costs for those free sample. (Inv No. 888592023 for A$5.32 & 8552562876 for A$5.32 on 21/12 debited my credit card account). Uptill now I have not received anything from them, but again they charged my credit card for another A$93.25 on 7/1 by inv#8885920238.By no means I should accept this payment as I have never received their product.
Pls advise what should we do to claim back this money!!
