I used this online site www.genuinenfljerseys.com to purchase two NFL jerseys for Christmas. I never received my items and I emailed them at officialnfljersey@hotmail.com to tell them to cancel my order and issue me a refund and they said they would. That was over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive any refund. I think this is a scam and I want my money back. There is no contact number or any information about them, just this email address where a person named "Janey" replies to me. Please help.
