Joe epstein called me with homes to buy in detroit with foreign investors that would buy then from me and double my money. I bought the homes and he always wanted me to send more money and he would keep investing in more and more homes, but he never sold them. He kept lying to me saying there is some investors that would buy them soon. I got letters from city of Detroit on many violations and went and saw the homes. They all were badly condemned homes that were worthless. Now no one will take my calls they say Joe is to busy and can't return my call. I have a ton of fines and back taxes from the city of Detroit for over 15,000 do Llars homes that are worthless. I have been totally scammed by this company and they refuse to return any phone calls. How do these people sleep at night stealing from hard working middle class families. This man should be in jail. Tom Martin in Florida office continues to lie for Joe Epstein I hope he get paid a lot because there will be a judgement day for him also. Joe will call you until he gets all the money he can get from you and then you won't here back ever. These people have a bad scam operation going and are killing marriages and families. Joe Epstein is a very smooth talking liar, he will cheat you out of your money if you listen to him. Stay away from this company!!!
