They have replaced some of the original oil wells in the deal with some other ones but from what i understand that is illegal after talking to an attorney, they are supposed to send contracts back to be resigned with new contracts and the money is supposed to be refunded and resubmitted to them after the new contracts have been signed, never happend, they are collecting 3-5 times the amount needed for drilling wells, they must be stopped
