As a seller he didn't fulfill his obligation. He is a very dishonest person. A cheater.

I ordered a cycling jersey in a size L but he sent it in a size XL. Good trick! Of course everyone will complain and send it back to him only to never hear from this individual again.

So I don't have my money and my jersey. I can only imagine that this same jersey will be send over and over again to others only to make money and never really be sold.!
