I received package Frm Smart Tools. I tried to access ww. MySmartTools.net, there is no place to login reservation code. I was real excited at first to get started so I wrote to

Yesterday, AS of September 30 they don't accepts orders of payments for the HUD Mortage Insurance Refund Lists as NTIS has discontinued the distrubtio of the Lists. No further information. Be careful this may be scam.
