A UK shopper; was looking for a baseball cap and came across capsroom.com, checked that it would ship to the UK and all seemed to be fine, completed the checkout procedure and I recieved a message pronto to my e-mail saying realypay had accepted my payment. Checking my bank account the money had been taken yet so went back to capsroom.com at first the status says "rpapproved" but upon viewing the item the status reads "rpunpaid". The money was eventually taken from my bank account along with an overseas charge but still didn't recieve an email confirming dispatch. I've sent several messages to capsroom.com regarding my purchase now over a month and have had no reply what so ever. Can't figure out how to contact realypay about a refund of my order either.
