I had a 14 day trial and paid shipping to see if I liked their product, right after they shipped the trial they started immediatley charging my account which wasn't authorized. I contacted the company immediately they said they would refund my account and as of today they still have't credited back my account. I contacted my bank and they are pursuing fraud charges. Nothing was authorized to deduct anything other than shipping which was like $3 or $5. Samething with Purasilk both were advertising using their products for 14 day trial both did the same thing. I received their products 1/6 and the instantly billed my account and of course I didn't even get a chance to use for the 14 day trial. It is a scam. When contacting them they were very rude and finally said tehy were recersing the charges and they still haven't that was 1/13.
