On 4-21 I received a "professional" looking article of mail from Property Tax Assessors Records Corp. I quickly skimmed through it and determined I had an opportunity to save $5600 on my property taxes. Of course it had my full attention. I saw a return mail address from my city and didn't think to check for other info "actual physical address and local phone number" I filled out the form despite my suspicions because I didn't have to send the money up front. I immediately made some phone calls and learned this is a free service through my local county agency. It's coming up on a year and I still receive a $59 bill every month stating I signed their application card requesting services and they would like payment. I never intend to pay but I want to do my part and make a complaint for others to see as well as see if there is any possibility of recourse on their part for my non payment. I see from other chats and complaints that this place has been doing this for years already and I'm in shock that they continue to get away with it!!! I hope this complaint helps at least one person since it sounds like it will continue into the unforseen future. Terrible!!!
