They have been charging my cellphone $9.99 a month since September for wallpaper and ringtones. I never authorized this and never utilized their services. I have called the 1-866-277-9648 number and was given a fax number of 1-415-520-6030 to the attention of Tim Bright to try to retrieve my money back. I have faxed him copies of the last 13 months cell phone records to show their companies charges and proof that I have never used the service. Still no response from Tim. I informed them that I will be calling every hour until I hear from him.
