I also fell for the $99.00 opening cost; then I spent more money under the thought I might win something. So after spending over $200, I wrote them about a refund. I have an email from them saying they would refund the $99.00 and that the refund was being issued. As of today, January I have not received the money.
I sent them emails constantly and they said they were working on the refund and I should be getting it soon. I have never received a refund and have sent numerous emails to the fbi about this w/o an answer back even from them.
