Rip Off charges

Was told the charge would be less than$6.00. Would not be charged until shipment. Got charge before merchandise arrived and got a second charge of $119 before I received the merchandise. Have been charged at least twice a month since October with a total of a few hundred dollars for a product that has never been used. Had eye surgery so therefore could not use product. Got in touch by phone (mechanical person) so therefore did not get problem allieviated. Have to close out bank account so no further charges will appear.
