I noticed an unauthorized charge of $24.95 on my daily checking account report. I called the 800 # for AWI to dispute the charge. After being on hold for 5 minutes, I was prompted to leave a message. I never did get to speak to an actual person, and nobody ever returned my call. I was able to get the charge reversed by contacting my bank.
