I had a similar problem - cancelled credit card with my bank first then phoned aust no. 61-291912796 - press 1
to talk to and english speaking consultant. (they are
very difficult to speak to) i explained that i had signed up for a free sample on 12/2 which had not arrived as of 1/13 and had then been charged an amount of $96.01
on 12/17 and $99.29 on 1/1 without receiving a product. I requested a refund of both these amounts as i had not authorised any further purchases. The say the conditions allow them to send further products and charge for them 14 days after sending the sample unless they have been advised otherwise. I reminded them that no products had been receive and their excuse was that there had been a delay in shipping the products (which to my mind negates their permission to on forward further products as they are fully aware that the products haven't been shipped and/or arrived. They did agree to refund the $99.29 but refused any further refunds. I still intend to pursue the matter further.
