Invested to buy bulk real estate with a 6 month turn around. Xue Heu, representing LALI, claimed our deal was held up by Homeland Security. Then claimed Homeland Security released half of the funds, and would pay us our principle investment now (Sep 01) and our profits later. He has only returned $2000 of $53000 initial investment. He will not respond to repeated requests for information and is in violation of his contract with us.
