I got a message that I had a virus and I needed to purchase a Win 7 & Shield program. It had actually taken over my laptop. I made a purchase for $59.95 that went to Win 7, and then another purchase went through for $59.95. At the time of the purchase, I got a "declined" message. I thought it was fine. I then got a call from the fraud department at VISA and my bank saying fraudulaent charges had gone through. I looked at my account and I was charged $59.95 twice.
