Locked my computer w/potential viruses and I was unable to use it until I order the product and supposedly after receiving the cc payment my computer was cleared of the viruses and I was able to use it again.

It's odd because I already had protection from my servor setup on my computer but I could not even access it when my computer was locked by MONSTROCLOUD.com MINSK.

Can I get my money back
