I placed an order on-line 19.12.11 for two skin care creams samples. Today I've had an unathorised payment of £79.99 deducted from my bank account.

Halifax say I gave the company my bank account details and so it can't be treated as fraud. Apparently I have to take up my complaint directly with the company. If only it was that simply. I do not have any contact details.
