I applied online for a free trial of anti wrinkle creams with just postage to pay of £2.97. This was charged to my credit card, but then on 3rd January an unauthorised payment of £74.95 was taken from my credit card and a further £79.99 on 7th January and then another unauthorised payment of £51.00 on 10th January. There was no information on the website that these payments would occur. I have tried contacting them via telephone, but I am just left hanging on with no reponse.
