I rang the number on the bottles that they had sent and spoke to a customer service officer to cancel the transaction, she gave me the ref number if I ever need to report it which was: 1127864... That was submitted on the 21.10. SINCE THEN... I have been charged every month for an odd amount each time. Example: 8.11.2011$84.99... 06.12.2011.$88.65.. 03.01.2012.$87.83... I have today being the 12.01.2010 tried to ring the number which I had written down in case it occurred again now it has been disconnected... I have tried to get my banking institution to put a ban on that transaction but they cannot the only way that I can stop that from happening is to change my credit card all together... But I shouldn't have to do that... I should be able to stop it some how... I need my money back please...
