I left a message here a few days ago, and have followed up with my bank, who were kind enough to follow through, and found that this company is now on the internet using a different name. That being Revita Derm. When you first buy their freeby, in the terms and conditions, it states that unless you call them on 1 (855) 843-3434 to cancel, each month you will get products and be charged for them. They have been very cunning in not providing a contact for their site so that people can send an email. Hope this helps a few of you so that you can make a phone call, which is cheaper than having expensive gear sent to you. Cheers Bernicon
