We recieved it a day before christmas but, it never started up we did the proper charge time first and still never worked. I dont know if i should send it back to them at the address on the box it was shipped in or tell my credit card company that, that was a false charge someone made without my knowlege and see if they can get the money back or what. Anyone if you have any ideas. Please share mad mom they did that to my daughter!
