I took up their offer of £2.95 for serum and £2.95 for face cream in November. On 28th Dec they took £79.99 and on 9 January they took a further £74.95 out of my bank account. The bank have told me that it isn't fraud because they probably had something in small print somewhere on their advert. I only discovered this last night when I went into my bank account.in my mind it is fraud but I am getting nowhere.
