Hi - hoping everyone in the world can help me inform others about this company — Discount Divas — Divadiscounts.net — i am owed a refund of $55 that was guaranteed on 12/22 and i STILL have yet to receive anything. I first placed the order around 12/17 and when i kept receiving blank status update emails, i contacted the company. A sr acct rep "Mike" wrote back right away saying they actually didnt have the product i ordered in stock but he offered me a full refund which i accepted bc i found the product elsewhere at a better price anyway, nor did I want to deal with such a shady company. I am STILL owed this money — i live on a limited income and $55 to me is a credit card payment or 2 grocery bills. I cant afford to lose money and i am so upset about this it ruined my holidays. I need to track down this company and get my money back as well as anyone elses money this company has stolen. Since 12/22's note about the refund i have emailed the co nearly every day and they have not responded. They also charged me before the item shipped AND during the hidays had a message on their phone line saying they werent taking customer svc calls and NOW for a week or so theyve been having "phone problems" and cant take calls. I swear to god i hope the reason theyre not answering is bc they are rotting in jail. Can you help me please...??? Thank you.
