Like everyone else, made an order, hoping to have materials to make gifts prior to Christmas and other things, only to get nothing but silence. When I send an email asking about my order, I just get form emails back.

They even sent an email asking me to substitute some of the things I orderd so I did but haven't gotten any replies since.

Now I just want my money back but their email is no longer monitored!
