I purchase the Chanel Sunglass for this website EYEWEARUS.com as shouldbe all Brand New Merchandise, but when I receiced on Dec-8 the glasses are been used. I chat online with the comapny and they refer me to call in 800-873-5715 and talk to the sale service supervisor and miss Julie refused to give me her last name when I asked her and toll me not to her anymore untill she investergated with her vendor Helene Shriqui then she will call me back with the RMA# after I keep calling her about 3 or 4 time each days. But she never call me back so I call again and another customer sevice person said e-mail them then they will =send me the RMA# and they send e-mail me back said its already pass 14 days when I received the item so they can't except the return anymore and refused to talk to me.
Please tell me what do I have to do? Thank you

Hello, I received the Glasses on Dec-8 at the post office but the sunglasses should be brand new but it's positive are been used, I talk online with miss Julie regardding the problem and call her as she ask me (800) 873-5715, and she refer me to peak with Miss Tina (she said she had no Last name when I ask her) and she said she will look in to the matter and call me back with the MRA # aftter check with shipping dept. But until today I till did not hear from her so I call back and the operator said I have to send this e-mail to get the RMA#.
The reason I return this sunglasses Chanel model 5019 color 50191 because it's been used not brand new as the website posted.
Please send me the RMA # to send it back for a refund and please check with th shipping department (I received the package from: Helene Shriqui
