Neglect to Pay Overtime

I've been working at Central Park Health Rehabilitation now known as La vie Care for a year. I've have proven my expertise in every area from engineer maintenance/construction to saving the company thousands of dollars by my expertise and me working overtime and calling me for emergencies which is required to be paid overtime. The problem starts we a short of staff and every week theirs emergencies which I sometime work 16 hours in one day. We get paid every 15 days and if I've worked 40 hours that regard if I worked it in 3 days I will never see my effort.

Second, a job posting for the position for plant operation director was posted for 3 days which i new nothing of, it was posted on 12/23,12/24 & 12/25. I've been covering that position for over the time I've been working for the company can be confirmed by all reports and regional directors? I was told by my coworker of the position and I applied on 12/26. Normally any position vacancy is posted by HR and this one wasn't. The company hired a friend of the owners. Normally I don't mind but because I am Hispanic and it's harder to grow I am willing to work harder, BUT because i am being abused with my hourly time I would like someone to help me defend me. Obviously i am always need because i am more than enough prepared to handle any job. Help.
