We ordered a hat to be delivered for a christmas gift and still, yet have not received it. I have tried several times to email this "so-called" company requesting information on my ordered and have not even received 1 response. When I go on-line to this web-site it gives me all my information, what ordered, when ordered, what paid, when shipped supposively, an order number and how much I paid, but still can not actually contact anyone about where this mysterious package is. What do I do from here? Is there any solution for these sorts of scams?
