Like all other complaints I took part in a supposed free trial on 20-10. To date this free trial has cost me over AUD$370.00 I did not receive the goods for 14 days after ordering them, only to find that me credit card was charged on day 17, then on the one month (20-11) anniversary of original order another charge was made on my credit card. I immediately send an email to both companies only to be told that the 2nd lot of goods had been send and were probably held up in customs. Today I have contacted the customer care service number only to be told that they cannot authorise a credit on my credit card. I have no goods and it has cost me an extra delivery charge as well. This is just a big scam
