Between 7/9/10 and 12/7/10, I was the winning bidder for 27 auctions. I paid $196.74 in shipping fees for $1623.95 worth of auction items/gift cards. I have never received any of those items nor any type of reimbursement. I contacted Bidsauce and heard excuses ranging from they were behind in shipping orders to they were involved in a lawsuit and would ship items when lawsuit allowed. Since December all subsequent attempts to contact Bidsauce go unanswered. They created a new customer ticket process to file complaints but it is never received as no confirmation is given. No numbers other than the new credit card billing company get any response. The new billing company is helpful for problems after December but you are at a loss if anything occured prior. I also submitted complaints to BBB and FTC but that was of no help either. I would love to seek settlement for the above mentioned if anyone has done so successfully and can provide information about the process.
