Ordered free trial of Revita Derm and Perfect Radiance November. Amount quote was $6.05 and $6.03 which was deducted from my Mastercard Account. Had to contact them late December as products had not arrived. Finally arrived after emailing them and have now noticed amounts of $78.78 deducted from my Mastercard on 22/12 and $81.87 deducted 27/12.in all my corresponding through email with this company no mention was ever made as to this amount. Have tried emailing them twice to rectify the situation but as yet have still to receive a reply. Also tried phone their toll free number as advertised from Australia only to get a voice recording informing "this call will be charged at Internationl rates". I am extremely dissappointed and have offered to return said products in anticipation of a full refund. I feel this company is guilty of false advertising and if I do not get any satisfaction or reply from my emails I intend to contact Fair Trading and Consumer Affairs and also Channel 9 Current Affairs so other people will not be taken advantage of as myself.
