I ordered a pair of bronze Jimmy Choo Lance Sandals. When they arrived they were the wrong colour, they had sent mirrored gold. I have been constantly emailing for a return and refund but have had no joy. Their website has now closed down too. The sandals are quite obviously fake as well which is not mentioned when buying the product.
