This is an auction site. You buy bids and then pending you win an auction, you pay for the items as well. I paid with my Visa. Items are to be shipped and received within 21 days. I transactacted for nine items. I have not received one item in the mail as of Jan 9. All date over the 21 days. I have complained to the company thru email and after weeks of failure to produce a valid tracking number or valid links to their mail service with their customer support; I called my bank to contest charges. However... I am not abel to contest the inital purchase of bids. Or what amounts to me $100.00 usd. After reading about scams on the net I find that many other users of this site are experiencing the same problems.
