Refuse to Return my Money

Jan. 2, I ordered two wigs. One was on back order when i received the first order the wig was straight not curly and it was too deep of a brown color for me. So i boxed it up sent it back and cancelled the back ordered wig. I didn't wear it, i only looked at it. It was sent back in orginal packaging and box. Now they tell me the tag was off and they refuse to return my money, only 50 percent of it! Now i have to wait for the delivery man because they sent me the backordered wig i had cancelled. This company is very corrupt. I told them i was reporting them to the BBB and they didn't even care. There isn't any reason i shouldn't be given my total monies paid back in full. They said opening the box made it possible for them to do this. How can i see what is inside if i do not open a box and look in? They are very bad business people. I would appreciate your help in this matter.
