Again someone unauthorized has broken into my account and has illegally suspended my wireless cellular service. My cellular phones were just turned back on and then within 15 minutes the Verizon wireless service was again suspended by some unauthorized persons. My cellular phones had been turned on and the computer readout said "PAID IN FULL". Now the readout has an outstanding balance of about $603. Again payments were made and auto-pays should show on your records conversions should be recorded on your call-logs and talks between myself and your fraud protection department again came up with identity thieves. Some their names are Rudy Johnson, John Silver, Phillip Smith, Steven Spencer Smith, David Smith, Carl Edward Smith Sr. & Jr., Rufus Jones a.K.A. Kevin Thomas, Gerald Goodwin, Jeffery Mahalick, Queria Smith, Jim McGinnis, Kim Sullivan, Pat Ziegler, Deena Kuranda, and Emily Gumbs. The interference is becoming intolerable and I need immediate action taken so my wireless cellular phone service is not interrupted nor suspended again. Please check all of your records carefully and thoroughly. Also check all of your call-logs. I can still be reached at (Personal Information Removed). Also I had pictures, videos, and contacts. Some unauthorized persons have again master key reset the cellular phones and the OS software only has a fraction of what was a full download. Now many of the cellular phones functions have disappeared. Also, I have my credit was ruined at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, Kohl's, Best Buy, hhGregg, and Sears. Reports have gotten back to me that incoming cellular phone calls from family, associates, girlfriends, employers, and business contacts have been intercepted. Also, these identity thieves are reported to have received Social Security, Unemployment and Welfare checks. Do you have a CD that has the OS software for the LG Ally VS740 & the Samsung Fascinate.
