Simply cottage cheese - Customer service

Hi,

First, I have to tell you I DO NOT make it a habit to take the time in my busy life to comment on a product. However, I was thoroughly disaappointed with the Kraft Simply Cottage Cheese I purchased at Walmart this last week. It was both a taste and texture issue and I don't mind most other cottage cheese variations. I also object to the use of 'simply'. I feel it is a marketing gimmick to get people who Don't read labels to think this is closer to organic or without things like xanthem gum in it. I knew it wasn't any sort of 'purer' product as I do read labels, so I wan't expecting anything but regular cottage cheese taste-not so. I must also add that I had several people at work try it (cottage cheese is a regular part of my lunch) and, they to, disliked it. Everyone who tried it said they wouldn't be purchasing it, so I saved them some money. I, unfortunately, am out money, as I have thrown this product away. I just couldn't get myself to finish it!

I happen to see the mostly poor Facebook reviews (so I know I am not alone), but I wanted to handle this in a more direct way, as I know much time and money goes into getting a product to the market. I have to say that I think you should take this product off shelves and start over!
