I was looking online for a puppy that my husband wanted and I wanted to get it for him for Christmas. Well I found someone with a 12 week old Irish Setter only $250 for shipping. Well the company that this person used or I don't even know if he is a real person. World wide shipping cargo emailed me and the payment was complete and they sent me a delivery date as to when the dog would be delivered to my door step. When the dog didn't show up the first time I emailed them back and they came back with a $1600 VPI insurance for the pet insurance so the dog could fly, have enough food and water, and new crate. Well needless to say I paid the $1600 which was suppose to be refundable. They sent me another confirmation that the money was recieved and another flight was being arranged. Well once again when the dog didn't show up as planned the company came back and wanted another $2400 (something to do with the drivers and heavy traffic) Needless to say I emailed them back and said I'm not paying this any they can send me money and send the dog back to Mr. Clarke. Well I recieved an email saying the director of the company said I could pay $500 and for sure I would get back $2100 today. Well still no dog and I'm out $2100. I'm not sure how to go about this situation any longer I need help to fix this MISTAKE.
