Another dirt bag Law firm doing Illegal things. This firm got a bogus judgement against a buiness of mine 12 years ago, Instread of renewing the old Judgment they got a new clerks judgment this year, So it shows up as a brand new one. They are Legally aloud to renew the old one for another 10 years but cannot collect on it after 10 years, So thats why they did it this way so they can try to collect all over again. As usually I was never served papers to go to court it was filed in a different part of the state as a mail in judgement, Knew nothing about it till my Credit alert told me about it. Spoke with a women there called mrs BOBO like thats a real name. Spoke with NYS Attorneys generals office told me to start a case against them. I was told this is there new way of freezeing people assets, Most people do not relized that this can be fought because it was not done by the NYS laws that protect you from preditors like them, Lets start a class action suit and teach them a that they just cannot do what ever they want to do. And shut them done with some heavy fines. And have there Law Licences REVOKED...
