I purchased an “official GHD” hair straightener for my wife for Christmas, under the assurance it would arrive before Christmas.
Not only did the package not arrive until January, it was a dodgy rip off. So I returned the item to them under their 100% money back guarantee, but they conveniently ‘did not receive it’. Every attempt I made to track the item said that it had arrived back in China, but could not be delivered to the nominated address.
In short, the hair straightener is sitting in a dead letter office in China and I’m $145 out of pocket.
