Miscellaneous

I got this "special invitation" letter needing a response within 7 days. Then I would have all kinds of benefits, be a member of this elite group, start regularly depositing $10K a month, etc. So I sent off for it (the letter states a 100% money back guarantee) and waited forever. I wrote them 9-12-11 that I had never received it so it finally came 10-6-11. I received this odd golden colored small metal object. It had instructions about setting up a special alter in a special place, wearing special clothes for the ceremonies, etc. It was total garbage and being a Christian I would not touch that crap with a ten foot pole. So I returned it (to the Netherlands - I continue to get lots of mail from there and won't have anything to do with it) Oct. 14th by USPS, filling out a Customs Declaration form for that stupid object (wouldn't that be idol worship?). Then I wrote them on 12-14-11 that I had returned the package and still didn't have my guaranteed refund. Another odd thing is while I was waiting to receive my order I got another letter VERY similar to this offer, same stationary, same appearance, same font, etc, offering some other wealth related crap. It too had a picture and signature of the President on the from of the letter. But it was a different picture and different name. I started getting suspicious then.
