I went online looking for ways to help out financially while on temporary disability and came upon the Vandelier Group. I filled out the application however I never agreed to the final contract. Despite this fact I still received the $250.00 in my account. I called the company to resolve this issue however I never heard back from them even though they are claiming that the supervisor called and left me a message on my home phone. I went on my bank account today and realized they have withdrawn $450.00 to date from my account. I have been extremely ill which has prevented me from going onto my emails for a couple months however I did today after seeing my bank account and read the contract in full. I have also been so ill that I had let it go thinking that it would be paid off in a couple payments however I was very wrong. The $75.00 they have been taking out of my account twice a month is only a refinance fee. They will continue deducting $75.00 twice a month unless I pay off the loan amount plus an additional refinance fee for a total of 325.00. They claim that once I put in my name and social that I was agreeing to receiving the loan and to their conditions. This fact was not clear on the application form. I am trying to juggle being a single mom and being diagnosed with several chronic illnesses. Dealing with this now on top of everything else is way to much unneeded stress.
